BLOCK PAVING ( SPECIFICATION)

   Excavate area to at least 200mm (8in) below finished level.
    
   Create base with at least 100mm of compacted scalpings.
    
   Lay all Kerbs & Edgings where appropriate, on a concrete base with
   50-100mm backing.
    
   Fill area with grit sand compacted and screed off to approximately 
   55mm below finished level.
    
   Lay 60mm concrete paving blocks (pattern & colour as required).
   Brush in joints with kiln dried sand.
    
   Compact whole area & re-brush in joints with kiln dried sand.

   Remove all spoils and leave area clean and tidy.

   All work guaranteed for 24 months after completion.
